Zentra was an author of Midtown Madness 2 content and tools. He is best known for cracking the BAI file format, which placed traffic in user-made cities.
He developed a city to demonstrate this achievement, called Sydney City. He also released an application called the Zentra GPS Mapper which generates BAI files.
